Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.

Opened bedding can usually still be returned if clean and repacked — the partner's return flow will say for your specific order. Wash the item only after you are sure it is a keeper.

The topper is returnable even after it has expanded; repack it as compactly as you reasonably can. It will not fit back in the original box, and the partner does not expect it to.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it through the order page — defective returns ship free and are refunded or replaced in full. Past 30 days, the lifetime guarantee applies: write to rest@han-sleep.com.
