The mattress topper ships vacuum-packed in a compact box — it is supposed to look thin on arrival. Unroll it on the bed and give it up to 48 hours to regain full loft before judging it.

Quilt sets and fleece ship folded in sealed packs. If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening — it makes any claim effortless.
